Online training programs are available for $80/month, or $190 for a three-month commitment
Our Fitness Essentials package is perfect for those already comfortable in the gym and who are familiar with common exercises. This package includes:


-Scheduled monthly phone check-in
-Measurements and body fat percentage every 2 weeks
-Customized online workout
-Text & e-mail support
-Nutrition: weekly nutrition review, macro calculations, meal plans, and supplement guidelines
-One weekly in-person training session

The Essentials training package is $120/month, or $300 for a 3-month commitment.
Our Intermediate package is designed for people with busy schedules who still want to maximize the benefits of one-on-one personal training.This package includes:


-Customized online workout
-Measurements and body fat percentage every 2 weeks
-Scheduled monthly phone check-in
-Text & e-mail support
-Nutrition: weekly nutrition review, macro calculations, meal plans, and supplement guidelines
-Twice weekly in-person training

The Intermediate training package is $240/month, or $600 for a 3-month commitment.
Our Ultimate package is designed for our most dedicated clients--the ones totally committed to achieving their fitness goals! This package includes:


-Customized online workout

PT Test Prep:
Response Force team member failed his PT test and had 2 weeks to get a score of 85 or above. If not, he would be involuntarily leaving the team. After just 2 weeks of R&R training and proper nutrition, he was not only able to achieve a time of 12:32 in his mile and half run, but he was also able to max out push ups and sit ups for the first time in his career! Final score of 89.2!

PT Test Prep: 36 year old female Senior Master Sargent was having trouble passing her run and waist measurement. With 2 months of training she was able to get a 14:57 run time and lower her waist measurement from 39" to 32"! Final score: 88!
