The 4 Week Bootcamp Challenge includes:
• 5 workouts per week, with an optional makeup class on Saturdays

Challenge classes will be approximately one hour long, and offered six days/week. Class schedule is:
M-F: 4am, 5:15am, 5:15pm, 6:15pm, and 7:15pm
Saturday: 8am, 9am, 10am, and 5pm
R & R Fitness Club offers a child play room, shower facility, and close supervision by our trainers with limited class sizes.
